I remember having the same feeling when I took my family to the MOMA a few years ago. I actually lodged a complaint because they'd seen fit to place my favorite painting in the permanent collection, Andrew Wyeth's Christina's World, over by the entrance to the Men's bathroom. I told them that if they didn't care for the painting, I'd be more than happy to take it off their hands and hang it in a more appropriate location in my house.
